What guides us

Whānau-centred

We believe the people who know a child best are their whānau. We work alongside families, not just with children.

Strengths-based

Every child has strengths. Our assessments are designed to find and build on them, not just identify difficulties.

Neurodiversity-affirming

We approach neurodivergent presentations with curiosity and respect, recognising difference rather than deficit.

Ecologically minded

Children don't exist in isolation. We look at the whole picture — home, school, community — to understand what's happening and what will help.
